This site, lukaszszumilas.com, is a personal website. This page explains what data is collected and why. The short version: as little as possible.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. It records things like page views, approximate location (country or region), and the type of device and browser. IP addresses are handled by Google and not stored by me in identifiable form. I do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the ServiceNow Accelerator newsletter, your email address is stored by my email provider (Kit, formerly ConvertKit) for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, which removes your address.

Cookies

Analytics may set cookies to measure repeat visits. The site sets a small preference to remember your light or dark theme choice; that stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

Third-party links

This site links out to other services, including Lucky X, Udemy, LinkedIn, and GitHub. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask what data relating to you is held, and request its correction or deletion. For the newsletter, unsubscribing handles deletion immediately. For anything else, email contact@lukaszszumilas.com.
